Must I set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Alade without creating an account. Once you have added your chosen products to the basket and you’re ready to place the order, just select ‘Continue as Guest’.

 

Where do you source your ingredients?

Our ingredients are gathered from around the world mainly in Africa and we only use ingredients of the very highest quality and purity.

 

How should I store my Alade perfume?


Store your perfumes in a cool, dark place away from humidity and direct sunlight with the cap on. Our perfumes are presented in a box, which is perfect for storing your fragrance.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Delta, & Maestro.

 

Do you test your products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals.

 

Do you offer bespoke perfumes?

Yes. By special request or by appointment with our representatives in our head office in Mayfair, London. The signature Alade bottle can also be personalised on special request. Prices provided upon request.

 

Where should I purchase your products?

We are currently the only licensed distributors of Alade products in the United Kingdom and strongly recommend that you purchase your Alade products from only the authorised stockists we list on our website.
